Qualifications

• Proven Project Management experience within civil engineering, infrastructure, geotechnical, ground engineering, or construction environments.
• Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Experience delivering projects safely, on programme, and within budget.
• Experience with geotechnical engineering techniques and civil structures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through mobilisation, planning, execution, completion, and handover phases.
• Review contracts, specifications, drawings, and project documentation to understand requirements and objectives.
• Develop project delivery strategies, methodologies, resource plans, and programmes.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and stakeholders for successful execution.
• Manage subcontract procurement, tender packages, and technical evaluations.
• Work with engineering and site teams to optimise construction methodologies and resource allocation.
• Drive health, safety, environmental, and quality performance across all activities.
• Monitor progress, programme performance, quality standards, and contractual compliance.
• Manage risks, constraints, variations, and change control processes.
