Job summary

Bovis is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee building services and M&E delivery across a multi-zone project in Bedford. You will lead with strong collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams to achieve right-first-time construction and ensure high standards.

You will drive project strategy, plan and schedule, manage costs and risks, coach the team, and maintain safety compliance and stakeholder communications throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Chartered or equivalent professional construction qualification.
• Degree in engineering project management.
• Pre-construction and site establishment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of project strategy, plan and schedule.
• Manage delivery within plan to maximise client and Bovis outcomes.
• Maintain high quality and prevent defects with right-first-time delivery.
• Maintain stakeholder communications and accurate records.
• Review project costs and controls.
• Develop and coach project team and ensure skill growth.
• Utilise Bovis standard tools and systems to deliver outcomes.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements across staff and contractors.
• Build external relationships with clients and contractors.
