Qualifications

  • Experience of working as an Administrator in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience in the construction or house building sector is desirable.
  • Ability to liaise with internal and external personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all calls received into the department are managed appropriately.
  • Coordinate the supply of material and sub-contractor elements.
  • Liaise with Site Teams to ensure remedial works are completed within timescales.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good administration skills
Proficient IT skills
Ability to work on own initiative

Education

GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4+ (or equivalent)
