Randstad UK is expanding its Construction division in 2026 and is seeking a Client Solutions Partner / Business Development Specialist to win major regional accounts and drive strategic partnerships in the Northwest. Location: Manchester (Hybrid).

You will grow revenue by expanding existing accounts and winning new construction clients, delivering tailored talent solutions, backed by Randstad's global scale and AI-enabled sales tools.

Qualificações

• Proven business development or account management experience, construction sector background preferred.
• Track record of moving from transactional sales to true partnerships.
