Job summary

MyDek Ltd in Stokenchurch, near High Wycombe, is seeking a confident Business Development Executive for a full-time role. You will conduct proactive outbound calls to promote our certified decking and cladding systems, engaging architects, developers and main contractors to move construction projects forward.

You will research projects, qualify enquiries, and maintain a clean CRM while coordinating with estimating, operations and leadership to secure meetings and progress opportunities.

Qualifications

• High-volume outbound calling experience preferred.
• Strong CRM and record-keeping skills.
• Commercial awareness of construction projects.
• Willingness to travel to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential customers by phone to initiate conversations.
• Identify project requirements, timescales and key contacts.
• Arrange meetings for the wider MyDek team with architects, developers and contractors.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update stakeholders on progress.
• Coordinate with estimating, operations and leadership to move opportunities forward.
