Job summary

MyDek Ltd is recruiting a Business Development Executive to join our team at the Stokenchurch office. The role focuses on high-volume outbound calling to drive construction project opportunities, researching projects and identifying key contacts for meetings with architects, developers and main contractors.

You will coordinate with estimating, operations and leadership to keep opportunities progressing, maintain CRM records, and provide clear briefs to internal teams.

• Consultative approach to secure meetings and influence customers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential customers by phone and follow up on construction projects.
• Identify right contacts, understand requirements and timescales.
• Secure meetings and qualified enquiries for the wider MyDek team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to progress opportunities.
• Prepare meeting briefs and manage inbox communications.
