Job summary

McCormack Partners in Waterlooville is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead major roofing and cladding projects across the South of England. You will manage 4–5 projects concurrently, including industrial, retail and commercial sectors, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

You will promote quality workmanship, maintain strict HSE compliance, and coordinate with the MD and a 10-strong team, using the company's CRM system and IT tools to track progress.

Qualifications

• Strong HSE and quality workmanship focus.
• IT literate with CRM system experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4–5 live projects across Industrial, Retail and Commercial sectors.
• Drive delivery to time and budget while maintaining quality.
• Report to Managing Director and coordinate with support team.
• Uphold HSE standards on site and in office.

My client is one of the UK's leading roofing and cladding contractors who have been working across the United Kingdom for over 10 years and now boast an enviable group turnover of 15M with over 30 employees working across the South of England.

Why?

Due to recent contract wins and continued growth, they are now forging ahead with their planned growth strategy and are looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to bolster the existing team

What?

• My client is looking to appoint a Senior Contracts Manager who has experience working with Facade Systems such as Rainscreen, Composite Panels, Metal Sheeting, Timber Cladding and Metal Profiled Cladding as well as Flat Roofing Systems such as Single Ply, Liquid Applied Membranes, Bitumen, Green Roofs and Built up Roofing.
• In this position you will be working on 4/5 projects at any one time with Industrial, Retail & Commercial Sectors ranging in value from 50K up to 2M.
• Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be working in an office of 10 staff with an Office Manager, Technical Design Manager, Designer, Estimator, HSE Advisor, Commercial Manager, Small Works Manager, Project Co-Ordinator and Accounts Administrator

Our client has grown and kept loyal clients by their absolute commitment to quality workmanship. In this position you will be expected to promote quality workmanship, drive site performance, ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget and all H&S standards are adhere to. You much be IT literate for this position and you will be using the companies very own CRM System.
