Job summary

Robertson is seeking an Aftercare Manager to join our North East England team. You will lead on-site labour and sub‑contractors, enforce quality and safety standards, and work with our commercial and aftercare partners to manage costs and procedures.

You will have SMSTS and health and safety certifications, CSCS card, and solid construction sector experience. A full driving licence and strong communication across levels are essential.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Fire Marshal certificates.
• CSCS card required.
• Previous construction industry experience.
• Experience dealing with architects, engineers, clients and sub-contractors.
• Ability to communicate with staff at all levels.
• Health and safety awareness.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Organise all labour on site, including sub-contractors.
• Quality control on site activities.
• Work closely with the commercial team to manage costs and retentions.
• Collaborate with aftercare partners to manage aftercare procedures.
• Ensure plant and machines are used efficiently on site.
• Setting out and maintaining safety records.
• Keep site records up to date and maintain filing systems.
• Check time sheets; keep safety/scaffold/plant registers up to date.
• Carry out duties in line with Robertson procedures.
