Job summary

Robertson Group is seeking a Senior Site Manager for a fixed-term project in the UK. You will supervise projects from inception to completion, leading on-site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners to deliver to programme, budget and quality targets.

With a construction degree or trade background, you will be SMSTS qualified, CSCS cardholder and first aid trained, ensuring health and safety best practice across multi-million pound schemes.

Qualifications

• Construction degree or trade background with leadership experience.
• CSCS card holder and SMSTS qualified.
• First aid trained and aware of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentoring to the project team on site.
• Lead and manage subcontractors to meet SHE and quality standards.
• Direct on-site teams on multi-million pound projects (£20M+).
• Develop, monitor and report weekly project programmes to maintain milestones.
• Ensure quality controls and maintain the golden thread of information.
• Manage project budgets, materials, and resources efficiently.
• Plan site logistics for busy city centre projects.
• Coordinate pre-construction through to handover with the client.
• Ensure HSMS compliance and effective communication with design teams.
