Buildforce Solutions Ltd is seeking an Aftercare Manager for industrial and logistics projects on a national basis. The role focuses on managing aftercare, defects, and client queries after project completion, with responsibility for driving quick resolutions and smooth handovers.

Ideal candidates come from Project Manager, Senior Site Manager, Contracts Manager, or Construction Manager backgrounds with a proven track record in client-facing activities and coordinating with subcontractors to fix

Qualifications

• You'll be the key point of contact for the client through the aftercare period.
• Manage defects, outstanding works and remedial issues from identification through to completion.
• Liaise with subcontractors and supply chain to ensure issues are resolved.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for the client throughout the aftercare period
• Manage defects, outstanding works and remedial issues from identification through to completion
• Liaise with subcontractors and supply chain to ensure issues are resolved
• Attend client meetings, inspections and site visits
• Review issues, identify root causes and agree the appropriate solution
• Track and manage defects through to sign-off
• Work closely with project and site teams to ensure a smooth handover
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to the client and internal teams
• Build strong working relationships with key client stakeholders
• Travel nationally to projects as required
