Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Programme Integration specialist to join our Programme Advisory team. You will support major projects across transport, utilities, defence and real estate, helping clients set up delivery structures, governance, and consents to drive tangible outcomes.

You will design client workshops, manage relationships, contribute to bids, mentor junior staff and lead cross-functional workstreams in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge and practical experience of the lifecycle of the consents process from pre to post consent.
• Good technical understanding of consents strategy via different routes (i.e. DCO, TWAO, Hybrid Bill).
• Experience of coordinating approvals and notifications between all interested parties and managing consent plans/strategies.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an integrated project team to deliver client deliverables.
• Design and facilitate client workshops and presentations.
• Manage client relationships.
• Identify and realise business development opportunities.
• Lead or contribute towards the preparation of bid proposals or managing key bids.
• Lead internal initiatives within the Programme Advisory team, such as developing programme integration products and methodologies.
• Mentor and/or manage members of the Programme Advisory team; line management where applicable.
