Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead consents management within the Programme Integration team. You will drive pre- and post-consent activities, coordinate environmental assessments, and manage stakeholder engagement for nationally significant infrastructure projects.

You will mentor team members, manage client relationships, and contribute to bid proposals, leveraging a strong track record in complex consulting environments across infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead consents activities (pre & post consent) and manage production and delivery of consent documents.
• Coordinate environment impact assessments and stakeholder engagement.
• Direct client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Support bid proposals and contribute to programme integration products and methodologies.
• Mentor junior staff and line-manage where applicable.
• Deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines.
• Develop relationships across infra, transport, utilities, and energy sectors.
