Job summary

National Energy System Operator Limited is seeking a Customer Communications Officer to develop and maintain customer communication templates across the connections journey. You’ll work with subject matter experts to keep messages accurate, compliant and customer-focused, ensuring clear information at key moments in the connections process.

The role supports a two-year fixed-term contract with hybrid working options and can be based in Warwick, Wokingham or Glasgow.
