Job summary

National Energy System Operator (NESO) is seeking a Customer Communications Officer on a two-year fixed-term contract, with hybrid working options in Warwick, Wokingham or Glasgow. You will develop and maintain customer communications across the connections journey, ensuring clarity, accuracy and compliance for diverse audiences.
