Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking a skilled CTW Business Manager to lead the Connect to Work programme across West Cambridgeshire, overseeing a high-performing team and ensuring contractual outcomes, quality standards and financial targets are met.

You will engage with partners and stakeholders to drive service improvements, manage risk, and sustain employment outcomes. The role demands strategic leadership and strong engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience is essential for leading teams and delivering contractual outcomes.
• Strong understanding of contract management, quality, compliance and budget controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement to build relationships and drive referrals.
• Knowledge of the local labour market and employability sector is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Be the lead contact for the Connect to Work service and submit reports as required.
• Work with the Operations Manager to develop strategy and deliver KPI targets.
• Manage KPI across customer service, performance, finance, compliance and quality.
• Build relationships with employers and external agencies to access the labour market.
