The role requires extensive leadership experience, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record in target-driven environments, with a UK driving licence and proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience with a track record of delivering results.
• Proven ability to manage performance against targets and quality standards.
• Experience budgeting and allocating resources across programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in employability, skills or welfare-to-work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and coach teams to achieve participant outcomes.
• Drive the Youth Job Guarantee programme across the area of responsibility.
• Meet contractual targets for performance, quality and safeguarding.
• Use data to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee participant journeys and ensure personalised support.
• Build partnerships with employers, Jobcentre Plus and training providers.
• Coordinate delivery and employer engagement for employment opportunities.
• Manage budgets and workforce capacity to meet requirements.
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance and risk management.
• Champion an exceptional participant experience and accountability culture.
