Job summary

Intuitive Thinking Skills is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the Connect to Work programme across the Blaenau Gwent and Torfaen area. The role focuses on community outreach, leading Team Leads and Employment Specialists, and ensuring fidelity to supported employment principles.

You will drive performance, engage stakeholders, and coordinate delivery with social care, health, and voluntary partners to support individuals with complex needs toward sustainable employment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering services that meet contractual and quality standards.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience supporting people with complex needs, particularly learning disabilities.
• Level 3 Award in Employability Services Sector or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of Connect to Work programme in Blaenau Gwent/Torfaen.
• Lead team leads and employment specialists.
• Develop KPIs and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity, safeguarding and GDPR.
