Job summary

Computacenter PLC, Hatfield, UK, is seeking a hands-on Technical Services Team Leader to coordinate engineers, manage workload and SLA performance. You will escalate risks, drive quality and support continuous improvement while contributing to configuration, deployment and testing activities.

The role is permanent, full-time, based on site in Hatfield with 37.5 hours per week and shifts 7am–7pm, Monday to Friday. Strong leadership and customer‑facing skills are essential to success.

While you’ll be responsible for guiding and developing the team, you’ll also be willing to get involved in configuration, deployment and testing activities when required. We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in technical services, configuration, deployment, logistics, workshop or engineering environments who are ready to take the next step in their leadership career.

What You’ll NeedEssential:

• Experience working within a fast‑paced technical services, deployment, logistics or operational environment.
• Previous supervisory, team leadership or people management experience.
• Strong organisational, planning and workload management skills.
