Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our Logistics team at the Hatfield site. This hands-on role leads day-to-day activities, ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on time within agreed SLAs.

You will coordinate inbound/outbound tasks and help plan workload to maximise efficiency. You will act as a key liaison between the operations, customers and management, monitoring workloads, maintaining records and supporting continuous improvement to

• Experience working within a fast-paced warehouse, logistics or operational environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience would be advantageous.
• A good understanding of working within an SLA-driven environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good administrative and reporting skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Able to obtain Security Clearance.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Warehouse Supervisor to join our Logistics team.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead and support a team within a fast‑paced warehouse environment, helping to ensure customer orders are delivered accurately, efficiently and within agreed service levels.

Alongside day‑to‑day team leadership, you’ll play an active role across warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activity, workload planning, administration and reporting. You’ll also act as a key point of contact between the operational team, customers and management.

This role will require Security Clearance or the willingness to obtain this. This is an onsite position at our Hatfield site.
