Job summary

Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa in Cambourne, near Cambridge, is a 4*, 120-bedroom property with The Bridge restaurant and Lounge bar, offering afternoon tea, private dining and meeting spaces. We are looking for a Conference & Events Supervisor to lead and develop a hospitality team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will work with a professional, service‑minded operation, motivating colleagues, upselling promotions and ensuring training is applied across the team to maximise guest

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
• Ability of working in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits
• Excellent team motivator and team builder
