Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa, located in Cambourne just outside Cambridge, offers flexible Food & Beverage shifts designed to fit around school or commitments. You will work across hotel F&B areas to ensure guest satisfaction, uphold brand standards and maximise guest spend with up-to-date pricing and promotions.

This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, strong time management, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to maintain brand standards and provide a consistent guest experience.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be stationed in a variety of Food & Beverage areas across the hotel ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards are met. You will keep up to date with pricing and promotions to advise guests and maximise sales.

What will I do?

You will be stationed in a variety of Food & Beverage areas across the hotel ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards are met. You will keep up to date with pricing and promotions in order to provide advice to guests and maximise sales.
