Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa in Cambourne (near Cambridge) is seeking a Night Receptionist to deliver exceptional guest service during the night shift. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle enquiries with a friendly, professional approach.

What will I do?

You’ll manage the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, administering check ins and check outs and ensuring all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
