Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing all Conference and Banqueting operations
  • Maintain high levels of customer service
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction and implement improvements
  • Propose ideas to enhance F&B and C&E offerings based on industry trends
  • Optimize sales, control costs, and identify areas for improvement
  • Set budgets and strategic goals
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed
Candidate Profile
  • Strong knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector
  • Proven success in conference and beverage management, with a focus on profit, cost control, and customer loyalty
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Preferred experience includes:

  • Managerial experience in conference and banquets within a hotel or events center
