Job summary

Radstone Hotel is seeking an experienced Conference & Banqueting Manager to lead the events team in delivering weddings, conferences and private functions at Radstone Hotel. This hands-on role focuses on smooth delivery, exceptional service and guest satisfaction across all event types.

You will drive team performance, mentor staff, and collaborate with hotel departments to meet guests' needs while upselling services to maximise revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Conference & Banqueting, Events or Hospitality Management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Conference & Banqueting team to deliver weddings, conferences, private functions and events.
• Oversee the smooth running of events from set-up through to completion, ensuring high service standards.
• Work with the wider hotel team to deliver guest requirements.
• Provide hands‑on support during busy events and maintain a professional atmosphere.
• Recruit, train and develop team members.
• Ensure function rooms, bars and event spaces are prepared to standard.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve queries promptly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage the Conference & Banqueting team to deliver exceptional weddings, conferences, private functions and events.
