Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome prospective and current customers and residents.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Serve hot and cold food and beverages to customers.
• Clear crockery, cutlery, rubbish and glasses after use.
• Assist guests with luggage and directions around the hotel.
• Maintain cleanliness in banqueting, conference, and front-of-house areas.
• Replenish stock and polish cutlery as needed.
• Promote and sell the hotel and its products with a friendly, helpful manner.
