Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a Concrete Plant Supervisor to oversee batching operations, ensure high‑quality concrete production and maintain site standards. You will liaise with customers, drivers and office staff to keep everything running smoothly and safely.

You will work in a busy plant environment, with a hands‑on approach, strong attention to detail and a commitment to health, safety and continuous improvement, while supporting colleagues and customers daily.

Responsabilités

• Operate batching plant and loading shovel safely and efficiently.
• Produce quality concrete and mortar per customer specs.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, order office and plant colleagues.
• Maintain stock levels of raw materials and inspect stocks regularly.
• Perform routine plant inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Keep site, plant, buildings and welfare facilities clean to a high standard.
• Monitor defects, safety, environmental and quality concerns and report them.
• Support compliance with health, safety, environmental and company standards.
• Promote a safe-working environment for employees, contractors and visitors.
• Look for ways to improve operational efficiency and site presentation.
