Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate batching plant and loading shovel safely and efficiently.
• Produce quality concrete in line with customer requirements.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, and office to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain stock levels and perform regular inspections.
• Ensure site cleanliness and uphold safety standards.
• Support maintenance and highlight safety or quality issues.
• Help improve efficiency and site presentation.
