Job summary

Tillicoultry Quarries Ltd. is advertising roles for Class 2 Concrete Mixer Drivers across Scotland. You will deliver our product to customers and internally between sites, working as part of a busy transport team.

We offer excellent training, development, and opportunities within a family business. Overtime is available with enhanced rates, and a route includes Tams Loup, Shotts, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV license with CPC card.
• Experience driving mixers and tippers preferred.
• Experience working with digital tachographs.
• Strong knowledge of Driver Regulations and Hours/Working Time rules.
• Safety-focused with a flexible approach to overtime.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 2 Concrete Mixer vehicles to customer sites and across Scotland.
• Maintain reliable, safe driving and good customer service.
• Adhere to Driver Hours and Working Time Regulations.
• Support vehicle maintenance and ensuring equipment is in good condition.

THE ROLE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for Class 2 Concrete Mixer Drivers for our sites across Scotland. The successful candidates should be customer focused, reliable, well organised and be able to work well as part of a team in a busy site environment.

Our HGV drivers are an integral part of our team, delivering our product to our customers and internally across our sites.

• Tams Loup, Shotts (ML7 5TN)

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU

• Valid HGV license with CPC card.
• Experience driving mixers and tippers would be beneficial.
• Experience working with digital tachographs.
• Strong awareness of Driver Regulations specifically relating to Driver Hours & Working Time Regulations.
• A keen interest and commitment to Health and Safety, and Environmental matters.
• A flexible approach to working hours and willingness to work regular overtime to meet the needs of the business when required including alternate weekends.
