Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd is seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team. The role provides an on-site, out-of-hours presence to ensure the safety and security of our buildings, tenants, residents and service users.

You will contribute to upholding the Association’s values and ethos, support safeguarding commitments and complete required pre-employment checks. The position is based in Cheshire, with DBS checks and right-to-work verification required.

A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a

Concierge to join our Association. The Concierge will be based in our offices in

Cheshire.

• Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households.
• We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.

Purpose of the role

• To provide a point of contact overnight and an on-site presence out of hours in our supported accommodation services ensuring the safety and security of the building and our tenants, residents and service users (TRS).
• You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association’s values, culture and ethos.

Salary £16,086.20 per annum

dependent on experience for 23

hours per week,
