Job summary

Dakota Manchester Airport is seeking a Concierge Supervisor to lead the guest services team, oversee valet and chauffeur duties, and manage luxury transfer reservations. The role focuses on delivering a warm Dakota welcome and superior guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Concierge, Doorperson or Front of House Supervisor desirable.
• Hands-on approach to assisting guests and luggage.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 5 years.
• Positive, proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• Flexible with shifts to meet business needs.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and alignment with the Dakota brand and team values.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership and day-to-day operation of the Concierge Department.
• Carry out valet parking and chauffeur duties for guests and hotel cars.
• Manage luxury transfer reservations to private airport terminals with care.
• Oversee guest arrivals/departures and provide a warm Dakota welcome.
• Collaborate with Reception, Housekeeping and F&B for seamless service.
• Own guest and reservation management, handling requests and preferences.
• Arrange restaurant bookings, transport, local tips and bespoke requests.
• Monitor standards, appearance and procedures for service excellence.
• Assist with training and developing team members.
