Job summary

Dakota Hospitality Limited (Dakota Hotels) is hiring a Concierge with valet driving duties for Dakota Manchester Airport. You will welcome guests, assist with baggage, and work closely with Reception to ensure a seamless experience.

The role involves airport transfers in Mercedes/7-series vehicles, valet parking, and delivering consistently excellent service while coordinating with other departments. A full UK driving license and 25+ years old are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Concierge, Doorperson or security is desirable.
• Must have a full UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points and be aged 25 or above.
• Hold a full UK driving license for at least 5 years for insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with bag portering, coordinating with Reception for a seamless experience.
• Drive airport transfer vehicles to chauffeur guests to terminals and assist with luggage.
• Carry out valet parking and manage guest cars, including Dakota hotel vehicles.
• Provide exceptional guest service aligned with Dakota values and service principles.
