Job summary

The Celtic Collection at Celtic Manor Resort in Newport is seeking a dedicated Concierge Supervisor to lead the Concierge team during shifts and ensure guest experiences meet the highest standards. You will support guests from arrival to departure and assist the Concierge Manager in daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory hospitality experience, strong people skills, and a proactive, organised approach to delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
