Job summary

Celtic Manor Resort in Newport is seeking a Concierge Supervisor who will lead the concierge team during shifts, ensuring exceptional service from arrival through to departure. You will welcome guests, coordinate arrivals and departures, handle guest enquiries, promote resort facilities, and coach colleagues to uphold the highest standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

This is a full-time permanent position based at Celtic Manor Resort, offering 40 hours per week at £13.28 per hour,

Overview

We are looking for a passionate and service-focused Concierge Supervisor to join the team at the Celtic Manor Resort. In this role, you will lead the Concierge team during your shift, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times. As a key point of contact for our guests, you will help create memorable experiences from arrival through to departure, while supporting the Concierge Manager in the day-to-day operation of the department.
