Celtic Manor Resort is seeking a passionate Concierge Supervisor to lead the Concierge team and uphold exceptional guest service during shifts. You will coordinate arrivals and departures, assist guests from arrival through departure, and support the Concierge Manager in daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory hospitality experience, strong people skills, and a proactive, professional approach to resolve issues and promote resort experiences.

We are looking for a passionate and service-focused Concierge Supervisor to join the team at the Celtic Manor Resort. In this role, you will lead the Concierge team during your shift, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times. As a key point of contact for our guests, you will help create memorable experiences from arrival through to departure, while supporting the Concierge Manager in the day-to-day operation of the department.
