Responsibilities

• Provide a professional concierge-style front-of-house presence.
• Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and event attendees in a courteous manner.
• Act as an ambassador for the hotel, maintaining a high standard of presentation and conduct.
• Support the night shift team with operational and guest service requirements.
• Assist guests with directions, queries, and general requests.
• Maintain a visible presence in public areas to deter anti-social behaviour.
• Respond to and manage noise complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and respond to alarm activations in line with site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises as required.
• Report incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity in a timely manner.
• Liaise effectively with hotel staff and management.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and security procedures.

Location: Glasgow G1 Leonardo Hotel
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Hours: 16 Hours per Week
Shifts: Friday & Saturday 19:00 - 03:00
Contract: Permanent Part-Time

About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Concierge Front of House Security Officer to join Kingdom Services Group Ltd, working at a hotel in the Glasgow G1 area.

This position is working as a security officer within a hotel environment, where the primary responsibility is to deliver a professional, welcoming, and secure front-of-house service.

We're looking for a professional and customer-focused individual to become the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and staff while maintaining a safe and secure environment throughout the hotel.

What You'll Be Doing

• Enhanced DBS with Child Check required
• A full five-year checkable employment history
