Job summary

Kingdom Group is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to join the team at a supported living site in Dundee, DD1. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, sign them in, and maintain security with hourly patrols, CCTV monitoring, and detailed notes.

Shifts are varied across Monday to Sunday, with times including day and night patterns. A valid SIA licence or application, 5-year work history, and enhanced DBS are preferred requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional in approach with good judgement and a keen eye for detail.
• SIA licence or be in the process of applying for one.
• A full five-year checkable employment history.
• Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
• Own transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for clients and visitors.
• Sign visitors in/out of building.
• Conduct hourly patrols to maintain security and monitor CCTV.
• Complete visual inspections and note health and safety requirements, including fire procedures.
• Report out-of-hours emergencies and assist with access/monitoring of contractors.
• Complete concierge check lists and handover information to day shift staff.
• Complete incident reports if required.
• Report significant client issues to on-call staff.

Kingdom Group have a great opportunity for a Concierge Security Officer to join the team, working at a supported living site in Dundee, DD1.

Dundee, DD1 area.

When:

We're looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP

Salary:

£12.71 per hour

Hours:

Various hours and shifts across Monday - Sunday, covering holidays and illness. Maximum 6 days per week.

Shift times:

08:00am - 17:30pm, 17:30pm - 05:00am, 22:00pm - 08:15am.

About The Role

• To act as first point of contact for clients and visitors
• Signing visitors in/out of building
• Ensuring the security of clients and the project is maintained by completing hourly patrols and recording appropriately, by monitoring CCTV and completing notes and clients and visitors movements.
• Completing visual inspections of the property and make notes to ensure health and safety requirements and maintained including fire procedures
• To report any out of hours emergency repairs
• Assist with access and monitoring of contractors
• To complete concierge check lists and feedback and record any relevant information in communication book and handover to day shift staff
• Complete incident reports if required
• Report any significant client issues to on call staff/supervisor

About You

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
• A valid SIA licence or be in the process of applying for one
• A full five-year checkable employment history
