Job summary

Hilton London is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome guests, coordinate requests, and enhance every stay with personalized recommendations. You’ll respond to inquiries, arrange dining, transportation, and special services, and support VIP guests while upholding Hilton’s hospitality standards.

This role offers flexible hours between 7:30am and 10:00pm and the chance to grow within a global hospitality leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Delight guests by responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
• Offer recommendations for dining, transport, events, and local attractions.
• Coordinate special services such as medical care, childcare, and floral deliveries.
• Manage guest communications including messages, mail, packages, and faxes.
• Support VIP guests with seamless registration and elevated service.
• Promote hotel offerings and programs to guests.
