Job summary

Dakota Manchester Airport is seeking a hospitable Concierge to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and coordinate with Reception for a seamless guest experience. You will drive transfer vehicles and provide valet parking, ensuring high service standards in collaboration with other departments.

The role requires a full UK driving license, a minimum age of 25, and prior concierge or security experience is desirable. Immediate start available, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Concierge, Doorperson or Security desirable.
• Must have full UK driving license.
• Must be 25+ years old and have held a full UK driving license for at least 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and assist with luggage and directions.
• Drive airport transfer vehicles and chauffeur guests to the terminal, assist with bags.
• Perform valet parking duties and park guest cars and hotel vehicle as required.
• Deliver excellent guest service and coordinate with Reception and other departments.
