Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a Concierge to support the reception team with guest arrivals and departures and to drive our shuttle, with a friendly, outgoing personality, a can-do attitude and a flexible approach to work.

Physical fitness is essential as the role may involve carrying luggage. Previous hotel experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Join a luxury group with excellent progression opportunities and staff benefits.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Concierge who will support the reception team with the arrival and departure of our guests and driving our shuttle. You will need to have a friendly and outgoing personality, a can-do attitude, a flexible approach to work and a passion for customer service excellence. Aspects of this job may involve carrying luggage therefore physical fitness is essential. Previous experience of working in a hotel environment is desirable although not essential as fully training will be given.
