Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a friendly Concierge to support the reception team at our coastal properties, including near Salcombe. You will assist with guest arrivals and departures, manage luggage and help drive our shuttle, delivering warm, professional service.

Full training will be provided; previous hotel experience is desirable but not essential. This on-site role in the UK offers progression opportunities within Harbour Hotels, with meals on duty and staff discounts across the group.

Role

We have a superb opportunity for a Concierge who will support the reception team with the arrival and departure of our guests and driving our shuttle. You will need to have a friendly and outgoing personality, a can‑do attitude, a flexible approach to work and a passion for customer service excellence. Aspects of this job may involve carrying luggage therefore physical fitness is essential. Previous experience of working in a hotel environment is desirable although not essential as fully training will be given.
