Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a friendly Concierge to join our luxury portfolio across the South. You will support the reception team with guest arrivals and departures and operating our shuttle service, delivering warm, personalised service.

The role requires a can-do attitude, flexibility, and the ability to assist guests with their needs. Previous hotel experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Concierge who will support the reception team with the arrival and departure of our guests and driving our shuttle. You will need to have a friendly and outgoing personality, a can-do attitude, a flexible approach to work and a passion for customer service excellence. Aspects of this job may involve carrying luggage therefore physical fitness is essential. Previous experience of working in a hotel environment is desirable although not essential as fully training will be given.
