Job summary

Harbour Hotels Group, a prestigious portfolio across the South of the UK, invites applications for a Hotel Receptionist. The role requires at least 1 year of reception experience, a friendly, service-driven approach, and a passion for excellence. Training will be provided to ensure you excel in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Knowledge of OPERA or Reslynx is advantageous but not essential. Benefits include progression opportunities, staff discounts across the group, and meals on duty.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist to join the team. You will need a minimum of one year’s Hotel Reception experience, have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence. Solid knowledge of hotel reservations system eg OPERA or Reslynx would be a distinct advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.
