Job Title: Concierge / Porter
Location: Poplar, London
Working Hours: Friday, Saturday & Sunday – 36 hours per week
Salary: Circa £29,000 per annum | £16+ per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable, personable, and proactive Concierge/Porter to join our residential development in Poplar. This is a front-facing role, key to maintaining a welcoming environment for residents and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, professional, and helpful presence at the front desk.

• Build strong relationships with residents, offering support and assistance as needed.

• Conduct daily plant room and building checks, reporting any issues promptly.

• Manage deliveries, post, and visitor access in line with building procedures.

• Ensure communal areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

• Liaise with contractors and maintenance teams when required.

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Confident and friendly demeanor with a strong customer service mindset.

• Basic understanding of plant room operations and building services

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Prior experience in a concierge, porter, or facilities role is essential.
