About:

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage non-sales appointments (resizes, collections, issues, pick-ups, annual services, ring cleaning etc).
* Deliver front-of-house warm greetings and conduct informative workshop tours, showcasing our craftsmanship and bespoke manufacturing
* Process payments and handle returns efficiently, providing packets and assistance.

Requirements:

* Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the high-end retail or hospitality sector.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and communication channels

Offering:

* Salary up to £30,000 basic
* Bonus up to 8% of annual salary
