About the Job:

We are seeking a Night Concierge team member to join us at Jumeirah Carlton Tower.

The main duties include:

1. Responding promptly to guest requests, requirements, and complaints.
2. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local activities and establishing contacts for guest requests.
3. Promoting in-house restaurants, facilities, and destinations.
4. Booking restaurant seats and arranging transportation for guests.
5. Reconfirming guest flights and leaving confirmation messages.
6. Checking and familiarizing with the arrival, VIP, and departure lists daily.
