Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Concierge at Camden Goods Yard, London. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering outstanding customer service while keeping the building safe and welcoming.

You will perform front-of-house duties, conduct regular checks, handle queries and emergencies calmly, monitor CCTV, manage deliveries and keys, and support maintenance tasks as needed. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

  • Front of House experience in residential or hospitality setting.

  • Calm, courteous, and professional under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Honest, reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
  • Able to use initiative and prioritise workload.
  • Confident handling complaints and difficult situations.

Responsibilities

Job description

We're looking for a professional and personable Concierge to join our team at RMG. As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you'll be the welcoming face of the development, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the building remains a safe, secure, and pleasant place to live.

Camden Goods Yard, London, NW1 8BT

Working Pattern

4 on 4 off rolling rota - 7 AM to 7 PM

What You'll Be Doing
