Places for People is seeking a Field-based Property Assessor to join the Asset Compliance team. You will conduct fire asset checks, complete EPC assessments, and inspect on-site communal areas to ensure safety, compliance and quality across the portfolio.
The role requires a Level 3 DEA qualification, a full UK driving licence, strong report writing, and good IT skills. You will travel across South West London to the South Coast, with flexible hours to meet service needs.
We're looking for a Property Assessor to join our growing Asset Compliance team within Osterna. In this field‑based role, you'll play a key part in delivering a programme of safety, compliance and property‑related inspections across our portfolio, helping to ensure homes and communal areas remain safe, compliant and well maintained.
This is a varied role that will suit someone who enjoys working independently, travelling to sites, and producing high‑quality, accurate reports. It is essential that you already hold a Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification to be considered for this role.
This is a field‑based role covering South West London and down to the South Coast of England you'll be conveniently based to cover your portfolio in these locations and surrounding areas.
We will be interviewing for this role in August 2026.
