Job summary

Delaware North UK is seeking a casual Concessions Catering Manager at Stadium of Light, Sunderland. You will manage frontline teams across kiosks, ensuring guest experiences meet our standards and drive smooth event operations.

This role requires hospitality or events leadership, strong guest service and H&S awareness, and the ability to adapt to matchdays and concerts. No degree is required, and flexible weekend shifts are common.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and leading large teams within hospitality or events
• Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, preferably within hospitality and catering environment
• Skills in guest service, communication, attention to detail, analysis, quick thinking, and leadership

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead, and train dedicated and proud frontline teams, monitoring timeliness and quantities in food preparation, promoting quality goods and exceptional service excellence
• Deliver informative and engaging briefs to all team members within your service area before each event
• Perform opening and closing procedures for assigned area
• Provide prompt and appropriate handling of guest feedback
• Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence

Delaware North UK is hiring a casual Concessions Catering Manager to join our collaborative team at Stadium of Light in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear. As a Concessions Catering Manager, you will be managing diverse teams from a range of kiosks to create exceptional guest experiences. Pay

The expected pay for this role is £15.41 - £17.26 / hour
