Alpine F1 Team, part of the Alpine Racing UK Renault Group, seeks a Composite Technician - Assembly & Trimming on a fixed-term contract until the end of 2027. The role focuses on precision trimming, bonding with aerospace adhesives, and final finishing of high-performance composite parts for Formula 1 race cars.

Qualificações

• Proven experience trimming, assembling, and finishing composite components.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and trim instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Experience using hand and power tools for precision trimming, drilling, and fitting.
• Good teamwork and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Trim, assemble, and finish composite components per drawings and specs.
• Prepare bond areas and use aerospace-grade adhesives.
• Ensure components meet dimensional and cosmetic standards.
• Maintain quality and productivity per department expectations.
• Document non-conformances and report them per procedures.
• Collaborate across departments to meet production deadlines.
• Follow health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping in the work area.
