Alpine Racing Limited is seeking a Composite Technician – Assembly & Trimming for night shift on a fixed-term contract until the end of 2027. You will trim, assemble, bond, and finish composite parts to exacting standards for World-class motorsport components.

Role requires reading detailed drawings and applying aerospace-grade adhesives, with emphasis on quality, accuracy, and timely delivery within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience trimming, assembling, and finishing composite components.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, templates, and trim instructions.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to high quality standards.
• Experience using hand and power tools for precision trimming, drilling and fitting.

Responsabilités

• Trim, assemble, and finish composite components per drawings and specifications.
• Perform bond preparation and use aerospace-grade adhesives.
• Ensure parts meet dimensional and cosmetic standards.
• Maintain high quality and productivity; report non-conformances.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to meet production targets.
• Follow health, safety, environmental and quality requirements; keep area clean.
